Shane Sparks, a judge on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew, has been arrested and charged with nine counts of child molestation.
The star, who was also a choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance, was taken into custody Friday morning on a felony warrant.
According to the criminal complaint filed by the L.A. County District Attorney’s office, the alleged molestation — with an underage girl — began in 1994.

Actors Matt Dillon and Taraji P. Henson announced the nominees for The 25th Film Independent Spirit Awards with ‘Precious: Based on the novel Push by Sapphire‘ leading the way in nominations — ET has the award show info.
‘Precious’ is nominated for five Spirit Awards including the coveted Best Feature film honor. The film’s leading lady Gabourey Sidibe is up for an award as well as Mo’Nique, who plays Precious’ abusive mother in the movie.

Yesterday, I saw a lot of people calling for Jamie Foxx’s Oscar to be revoked following the announcement that he and Martin Lawrence are confirmed for “Sheneneh and Wanda,” a comedy in which the duo will play female bank robbers. Both roles are based on earlier cross-dressed characters from the actors’ TV days (Lawrence’s Sheneneh is from “Martin” and Foxx’s Wanda is from “In Living Color”). Foxx, who won the Academy Award for Best Actor in 2004 for “Ray” (he was also nominated for Best Supporting Actor that same year for “Collateral), returning to this drag shtick seems like a huge step backward to a lot of people.
